Spring Hen and I arrived in Cincinnati yesterday about noon, got settled in our hotel, hit the grocery for things to cook, and drove out to Germania Park for the Pre Party last night.  We saw a few old friends and made some new ones, ate hardy and slept soundly afterward.  Now we're ready to get it on.  There are lots of Eggs, lots of Cooks, lots of food and lots of people registered to attend.

It's going to be a really good day.

Come on out if you can.

    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

    I didn't stay past the breakfast offerings (everything I tried was great). With a four hour round trip, I wanted to head back home. Bought a "raiser", claw, and fishbone from Mike Chance (Innovations by chance) - great guy and great products.
