That looks really good! I'm gonna do that for dessert for my son's birthday this weekend. Don't understand why anyone would flag the OP...Bloomington Springs, TN... Those do look delicious. Think I now know what's for dessert tonight.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada

I used to as well but my in-laws own peach orchards and strongly suggest that I not....just sayin.
I've done the before and leave the skin on. Same with pears or apples.GATraveller said:Did you leave the skin on???

I wonder if removing the skin really helps, whatever it is it's probably more than skin deep given the texture of peach skin, no?Reminds me of someone I know, he's from Leamington and avoids ketchup like a plague (pun intended)canuckland

Those look great. I did some searching and everyone leaves the skin on. Is there more to the skin/ no skin?
I'm having company over and this will be my first time making them. Could I get an approximate ingredient measurements and when to apply them?Big Lake, Minnesota
