Success - Large Table Cover

I have just been Egg'ed, and am now making my 2nd post here. Along with the egg, I also had a custom table built. I will post info on the table in a separate post, as here I want to provide some detail on the cover I finally found for it. My table is 65 1/2 inches long, 25 1/2 inches wide, and 36 inches tall, with the egg near the left end, and the top top of dome is at @ about 53/54 inches. There are a lot of "grill covers out there, and a few egg table covers for specific sizes. But with the egg height in the table, and with a longer than standard table, finding a cover was a challenge.

To make a long story short, and to possibly help some of you here, I did find a cover that works for me, and for my egg. Of course, it is not a custom fit cover, but it covers everything for my egg and table very well, and it doesn't look bad either. And it is absolutely a great price (less than $55), for the features and quality of the cover. This is one of the largest covers I was able to find, and at 51 inches tall it works for our table-elevated egg. I bought this cover at Amazon, and it is the XX-Large size. The measurements of this cover are 72" X 26" W X 51" H.

I am posting a link for you, and I will try to post my first pic here for you too, with the cover on my table - so you can see how it fits with the egg.

Nice! My table is 60"L x 30"W x 42"H (from the ground to the top of the backsplash///from the ground to the top of the chimney/dome it's 58").

Yes, it is the total height of the dome that gives us a challenge of finding a cover "off the shelf"!  And your 36 inch table width might for you too! :)

@rdunk‌ I went w/ the XL cover and it's a lil shy in height. I put my lump in 3mil-5mil contractor black bags and no worries. See pic of table w/ cover. And my estimate (to be fair they make one of the best covers you'll ever find & it's backed by a 10yr warranty).

NP, is that $435 + $19 shipping just for the cover?? The big cover pic I posted above is $52.78, with free shipping. And it has a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. :)

Obviously for that price, the Sunbrella BGE/table cover must be really nice! Certainly it is made to fit around the BGE, and that does look better.

@rdunk‌ lol! No no. I bought the XLBGE cover & that's what you see on my table. The estimate was just that an estimate. I don't even have that much into my table with all the mods. No way I could be convinced to pay that much for a cover. I was simply stating they, Sunbrella, do make an outstanding product that is 100% custom fitted. ;)

@NPHuskerFL Isn't the Sunbrella the fabric name? I have a boat cover made of it and have seen many cover mfg's that use it. It always seems to be expensive in egg tables so I have stayed away from suggesting it. Welcome to the board rdunk. Post picture of table when you can.

@Tspud1‌ Yes, Sunbrella is the fabric name. I'm not sure what the BGE cover is made from but, it serves the purpose I needed it for (not to mention I got it at a 50% reduction as it was on sale and I had coupons as well).
