APL's Glazed Pork Loin with Cilantro and Garlic

Decided to try this tonight with a 7lb loin.  No pictures from the prep, or start.  Last's night brine was done late, and I got a late jump on set up today.

Mom and dad brought over some brussel sprouts with bacon and apples, and some garden spinach with a little Dorthy Lynch.

Everyone liked the pork, very moist, and not too heavy with the heat.  Will tuck this one in the bag for down the road.

    @SGH - that would be Dorthy Lynch Home Style Dressing, a Nebraska staple.  http://www.dorothylynch.com/.  Kind of surprised that @NPHuskerFL didn't notice it being a Husker native.  Dorthy goes really well as a chicken marinade, and I also enjoy it on pizza.
