Had to roll with the Quiche

Thanks to @huskermama for putting the idea of quiche in my head. Got up this morning and this is what I came up with Cooked in the big clock but good nonetheless

That looks great, could certainly be adapted for egg.

@HuskerMaMa Yes Big Clock is the under used appliance most of us eggheads have that keeps time in the kitchen and occasionally warms up stuff.

I used eggs and skim milk. Mrs Mattman (a quiche enthusiast) said it was the best quiche she ever had. Looks like it will go into the Sunday rotation. Thanks for the idea.

@dmw - most definitely could go on the egg. Mine would have but was firin up for the chuckie in the small and the large is outta commission
