First Ribs - Turbo Style

My first try at ribs. I decided to try turbo style and i dont know if i'll ever do it any other way. 350F indirect in a rib rack for 1 hr 45m and then pull out to baste and cook for 15 more min. Turned out amazing. Not "fall off the bone" tender as i do not like ribs that way but they were just perfect for me.

Started with 3 racks from costco and cut them in half. 3 dry rub with dizzy dust and 3 wet with my wife's own sriracha & thai chile sauce (they use it at her dad's Thai restaurant)

No smoke chips this time. I will try that on the next go around.

Way to knock it out on your first rib cook!!! Is the chili sauce something you could share the recipe or a family secret??

@Mickey made me a convert to turbo. Did some ribs this afternoon at 350 for 1 1/2 hours and sauced them with Williamson Brothers Original. Classic old-fashioned ribs. Sorry no pix but we were inhaling adult beverages. Did some chicken later while everyone was recuperating.
