New Member & New Table Build

Hello,
New member here. Just wanted to show off my Egg table i built for my Large BGE. I'll have to say the Egg was the best anniversary present I've ever recieved. I've cooked on it 4 times and i'm absolutely hooked.
Table is Cedar 2 x 4's and 4 x 4's with a 3/4" thick granite top. I designed it on the computer using some CAD software and it turned out almost perfect. For all you woodworkers out there its only 1/16" from being perfectly square.

Nice table. When the days of men are gone and the earth is ancient, the elements having worn down the tallest mountains into smallish humps of soil, your table will sit in a desolate field, perfectly fine and ready for a new egg, the old one having long crumbled.

Haha. Yea I kind of have a reputation for that. I design industrial equipment at work and my nickname is "overkill".nolaegghead said:Nice table.
