I put 2 slabs on, stabilized at 275, planning on 5 hrs indirect, after an hour I took kids to the pool for 2 hrs, when I came back my temp dropped to 195...any suggestions? Should I get back to 275 and watch internal temp or wrap in foil and still plan on same time, or crank to 350?
