ABTs over Wings?? Thoughts?

I want to do a rack of ABTs and a rack of wings to take to a party today.

To want them both done about the same time and so that I can take them across town hot, so I was going to try and do them at the same time.

Indirect at 375 w/ a drip pan and some apple chunks
Wings at the felt line
ABTs above them on a raised grid.

I figure a little cheese and bacon grease on the wings will only improve them.

The alternative is to do one set, then the other. But then which one should I do first??

Thx

Put the wings meat side down on first and wait 15 minutes and flip and add the ABT to the upper grid, If the ABT's look done early transfer them to a paper toweled cookie sheet in the oven at 200 until your ready to go get your standing ovation.

+1 on ABT's on the upper grid-think about the basting those wings are gonna get...as you have mentioned!  Happy Birthday USA!
