All American Butt

Put on 32 lbs of bone-in boston butt last night at 8:30. Filled with as much Rockwood as the Large would hold. It was a tight fit for the 4 butts. Three on the bottom and one on second tier. Tried to maintain 250-260 for the entire cook. It went a little lower and sometimes, especially at the end, up to 300. Here is the kicker. First butt reached 205 at the 21 1/2 hour mark. Pulled the last one off at the 23 hour mark. I haven't checked the lump yet, will be interesting to see how much is left.
Used a Dr. BBQ recipe. Turned out great. Happy 4th everyone.
