Mickey's Rub and Ribs

Well, after reading all the hoopla and finally sourcing some Ancho chili powder, I made a batch of Mickey's Coffee Rub. It smells wonderful. I've got beef and pork spare ribs lined up for July 4th and will give it a whirl. Turbo method for the spare ribs. L&S for beef. Looking forward to some new tastes.

    Here is Turbo.
    Turbo Beef Ribs on Mini
    Indirect 350. Pull membrane, Rub-mustard-rub, cherry wood. Used coffee rub.

    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

    Sorry but can't remember time but in that area. I go by the pullback on the ribs

    @Mickey - I'm looking forward to the rub's outcome. I haven't told SWMBO as she'll want me to go back to my tried-and-true ways and use the rubs she used to.
