Freezer meals

Long time lurker but interested in some meals that you guys make that can be frozen and reheated for a quick meal.  Already vacuum seal pulled pork.

    All the time. Doing a pulled pork as well as a brisket this weekend to take on vacation in 10 days. Will vac seal, freeze and reheat at the beach. Have also cooked up and sealed chicken.

    I currently have the following pre-cooked egg meals in the freezer:-
    1/2 saddle of lamb stuffed with diced veggies
    Pulled pork.
    Lamb lollipops
    Pork chops
    Chili
    Beef stew 
    I'm sure there are others I stumble across and say "Aha!"

    I just had some green enchiladas that I vac sealed about a month ago. I defrosted, cut open the bag so the sauce and cheese defrosted nice and warmed in the oven.
    Tasted like the day I made em, really enjoying my vac sealer.

    Whenever I do a chicken, I go ahead and do two. Take the leftovers and the second chicken and break 'em down. Divide it up and seal it so the Mrs. always has chicken ready to make casseroles and stuff.
