Anybody use a finishing sauce?

Does anybody use a finishing sauce after you've pulled your butt? I've used a 1:1:1 mixture of chicken stock, butter and barbecue sauce to help keep it moist. especially when serving from a chafing dish or crock pot where the heat can dry it out in a heartbeat!

    Not for a butt, but my finishing sauce for a pork loin is TOP SECRET!!! Ok - it's actually Blue's Tennessee Red warmed and served on the side. But DON'T give away my secret and then it can be your secret as well!
