East Coast friends will TS Arthur effect your travel plans or egging plans. I'm on call so doesn't make a difference to me. But, my wife was planning a girl's weekend with one of her BFs to historic Savannah, GA. The projected path appears to have Myrtle Beach area in its crosshairs. But, this will be a Rainmaker as well that could cause a lot of coastal flooding. I hope wherever you're at you're not affected by the storm. Right now its clear with starry skies but see the pic below and this is what coming within the next couple of hours.

Side note: I just did the PMS on our 15kw standby generator and our 250 gallon LP tank is full and we are set. Hopefully we don't need it as LP is not cheap these days. If y'all live on our near the coast you owe it to your family and yourself to be prepared and have a "plan". Granted this isn't even a CAT1 but, a TS can cause a lot of damage (we've seen this plenty of times). If your prepared for the worst like a CAT5 your as ready as you'll be.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL

Hurricane season is upon us. Active or Inactive are you and your family prepared? Fun read and after researching myself I'm hoping decades of statistics are incorrect. Hope for the best but, prepare for the worst.

My wife wants us to buy a place at Hilton Head and the hurricane threat is the main reason I won't do it. I worked in Charleston for a week after Hugo, and that would scare the crap out of me.Louisville, GA - 2 Large BGE's
