@Cubs1908‌ It would be too large to close the lid. Most of them with the handle won't allow the lid to close.

Cut the handle off to make it fit in a large.

12 inch model of that skillet fits nicely in the large, even with the handle, but @lets4wheel is right, 15 inch would be too big.

I cutoff the handle on my 15" Lodge and it fits nicely. I did, however, purchase a vintage Griswold #6 that I use more though. 15" is massive.

It's her service weapon. Probably another Sig for personal. She loves those things.
