First overnight pork butts

It's midnight in NJ and I am doing my first overnight cook. I have 2- 6 lb pork butts that I rubbed with my own Memphis style rub. Dome temp at 250 and I am using a mix of applewood and hickory. I'll wait an hour or so to check the temp and off to sleep I'll go dreaming of a successful cook. Will post finished pork later.

Good luck with the cook. They should be ready for lunch tomorrow. Woke up at 615am and checked the egg. Temp is holding stable. Went back to sleep. I think it's going to be good. Time to whip up some homemade bbq sauce. Pics are coming soon.
