First overnight pork butts

It's midnight in NJ and I am doing my first overnight cook. I have 2- 6 lb pork butts that I rubbed with my own Memphis style rub. Dome temp at 250 and I am using a mix of applewood and hickory. I'll wait an hour or so to check the temp and off to sleep I'll go dreaming of a successful cook. Will post finished pork later.
