Cherry Cola Glaze

Hey Everyone![p]Here is the recipe for the GREAT Cherry Cola Glaze I slathered on to some wonderful St Louis Style Ribs the other day.....[p]4 - 12oz cans of Cherry Coke - FLAT (MUST have sugar in it - NO diet or it will NOT carmelize)[p]2 cups cherry jam or preserves ( I love the Polaner All Fruit Black Cherry Stuff)[p]2/3 cup Dijon Mustard with Horseradish[p]3 Tabelspoons Soy Sauce[p]2 Tablespoons Malt Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar[p]1 Tabelspoon Hot Pepper sauce[p]Boil the flat Cherry Coke over medium/high heat until there is around 1 1/2 cups of it left (takes me about 45 min). Stir in all the other stuff and knock the heat back to about medium until you have a nice thick glaze/sauce - about 35 minutes (stir this kinda regularly or it may burn) When your ribs are off the egg, slather on some of the glaze and toss them back on a hot (350 - 400) egg for abot 10 to 15 min. This is yummy when you want a change from normal BBQ - let me know what ya think!!
