Pizza Cook w/ pix

Did a couple pizzas last night that were picture worthy - and mouth worthy.
#1 is Thai Shrimp
#2 is BBQ Chicken - Couldn't keep the monsters away before I got the picture.

I could have let them both cook a little longer to brown more, but we were starving.

I've been using the NY Style Pizza dough recipe from Serious Eats lately and really like it - it's a cold ferment recipe with no kneading. I don't even use the food processor - just the large bowl of my stand mixer. It is really simple and as long as you remember to do it a day or two before you want it Dough is easy to work with and the recipe makes 3 perfect sized pies.
