Salmon For Dinner on the Mini
Spring Chicken

We went fishing for Salmon in the freezer and found some. Caught it a few months ago in Sam's Club Bay.
But here it is ready to go on the Mini Egg with a little oil and Dizzy Pig Tsunami Spin (I've really taken a lik'n to that stuff lately)
Griddle is ready:
On, shady side up.
First turn.
Back flip.
Some spears.
Plated one
Plated two
Yes, it was delicious.
