Amen.  We had some friends over tonight - a major in the army and her husband, 13 years in the Marines, but a private security IT consultant.  They raided our house unannounced with a cache of adult beverage and we drank too much wine, beer and booze and, as both of them had spent way too much time in Afghanistan and Iraq, there was much yelling of GET THE F*CK OUT OF THAT SH*THOLE!!!.

Xactly.  I need to hit the hay.  Working from home tomorrow because we're getting a termite inspection at 0900 hours.  Fixed my neighbor's AC with about 2 pounds of R-22.  He's struggling because of the job market and can't afford the HVAC bill, so I got his AC working.  Feeling good.  Probably won't in the morning.

Contemplating switching my car from R-12 to R134a.  R-12 prices are ridiculous.

HVAC stuff is a little out of my comfort zone.  Cousin kept my furnace on life support for 5 years, until getting a replacement this year.  

Hoping the pest test is negative.
