Want to egg up some Pork Braciole tonight. Do not want to make in sauce or gravy (depending where your from).
Would you cook it like a sausage direct at 350? raised direct?
Thinking this could make an fantastic sandwich!

i used to do these little minis with center cut pork chops at 350 to 400. just be careful as they overcook fast, ive also made them with beef burger rolled brasciole style just for sandwiches, that would work for pork as well
