    I'd rub it down with Tinactin(tm), cook it at a fast pace, then put it in your mouth.

    Rub it really well to help tenderize it. There may be some wet aging up front, leave it, you'll get a nice "old cheese" flavoring. Wrap the first "little piggy" in bacon you get from the market.
