Mini Misu Picanha

Impressed by Misu's Picanha at the Sunshine State Eggfest and the GA Mountain Eggfest, I have now made picanha my GO TO STEAK for family parties. I generally cook 3 swords at a time on a large. Yesterday my wife requested picanha just for the two of us so I used the Mini.

I buy this cut in South Florida at Restaurant Depot and they call it culottes. It is known by a few other names, Picanha, Top Sirloin Cap, or Rump Cap.
