In Law Ribs

Being descended on by the In Laws tomorrow, parents, aunt and uncle, brothers. Feeding 10 folks. Cooked ribs and baked beans today, to be reheated in the oven tomorrow. Forty pounds of ribs, and four pounds of beans, to be accompanied by watermelon and potato salad. The ribs pictured here are the first half, I did two cooks.
