Hooked on Egg

I really guess I'm hooked on my Egg... Cooking just sausages and hot dogs tonight!!! Wish I wasn't gigging with the band Friday & Saf so I can cook. I'm getting temps and control down pretty good on the Egg between the Maverick & dome temps.... Loving life!!

The Maverick is a handy tool!! Nothing like knowing the temp at the level your food is cooking.

Perfect for slow or just longer cooks.

I love stir fry and that looks mighty tasty NP... I guess I need a cast iron Wok skillet in my future...I think everything in time....loads of cooking in my future --- good eats..looks like no gasket?
