Had several bottles of various BBQ sauces on the shelf and in the frig so decided to make a batch using all.  I like a tomato, vinegar, semi-sweet, hot sauce so here goes. Turned out mighty fine! Now what to cook??

INGREDIENTS:
4 1 Pint Jars Bone Suckin BBQ Sauce Thicker Style
4 1 Pint Jars Bone Suckin BBQ Sauce, Hot Style
1 33.8 Ozs. Bottle Bonnies Gourmet Original BBQ Sauce
4 Ozs Braswell's Apple Cinnamon BBQ Sauce
12 Ozs Braswell's BBQ Sauce
6 Ozs Braswell's Vidalia Onion BBQ sauce
1 16 Ozs Jar CHS Coleman's Sweet & Spicy BBQ Sauce, heavy vinegar
8 Ozs Custom blend BBQ sauce from friend with lots of little pieces of cooked apple.
1 16 Ozs Jar Dorothy Lane Market BBQ Sauce, Dayton, OH.
5 17.5 Ozs Jars Kraft Original Thick Sauce
1 18 Ozs Jar Monterey Inn BBQ Sauce-Cincinnati OH.
1 18 Ozs Bottle Rudy's BBQ Sauce, Austin, TX.
7 16 Ozs Jars Shealy's Vinegar & Pepper Sauce South Carolina
1 18 Ozs Jar Sticky Fingers Carolina Classis Lite Mustard Base BBQ Sauce
8 Ozs Granulated Dry Onions
1/4 Cup Dried Chipotle Flakes
2/3 Cup Indian River Rainbow Pepper or any restaurant grade black pepper
1 16  Ozs Jar Hot Pepper/Onion Vinegar Sauce (home made)
4 Medium Yellow Onions, Shredded Fine in Cuisinart
1 Stick Butter

PROCEDURE:

1. Mix every thing except the minced fresh onions and butter in a very large pan.  Bring to a slight boil and then lower to a simmer.  Stirring every 15-20 minutes for 4 hours.

2. While this is cooking saute the onions in a little butter until they are very translucent.  Mix in with sauce and stir.

3. Add butter at end.

Yield: 25 pints=3 Gallons and 1 Pint

Recipe Type: Barbecue Sauce

What did you stir it with, a boat oar?
Sounds pretty good! I like creating like that, but on a smaller scale. If things get out of hand I ass molasses, vinegar, tomato product (paste or ketchup) handy.
