Tonight fridge dive:

Found 4 slices of mortedella, two handfuls of Cherry tomatoes, jalapeno, garlic and 2 tortillas (mixlas-combination of flour and corn).

What can from that concoction was: Eggs in Purgatory meet el Diablo, in chilaquiles. It was good even though not egged.
