Just a quick post about tonight's cook...
Did a pizza, thin crust from Shady Maple, 3 cheeses (mozzarella, greuryer, and pepper jack) sausage, and Roma Tomatoes. No sauce...
Turned out pretty good and didn't last very long...

Was that a stone or steel? Time and temp? Setup?
I keep fighting getting crust on the bottom perfect while getting the toppings done at the same time.
Thanks! Looks great. Just need a glass of cold beer to wash it down!!Pittsburgh, PA - 1 LBGE -
That's a beautiful pizza pie! I like the cheese combination. :-? Think sliced brat would work vs sausage? And a spicy mustard vs traditional sauce?LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL

Pizza stone on top of grid which was on the PS Woo3 with the plate setter in it... let the stone heat up in a 400deg egg for a while and then put the pies on. They cooked in about 15min.xiphoid007 said:Was that a stone or steel? Time and temp? Setup? I keep fighting getting crust on the bottom perfect while getting the toppings done at the same time.
