Pork shoulder steak lunch

Working from home today. Decided to throw a pork shoulder steak on for lunch. Little bit of Lawry's at 325 deg and finished with Head Country. Delicious!image
L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....

    Looks good!  I work from home almost every day...I should really do this kind of stuff more often! 

    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    I used to live in Missouri and this was always a favorite. I've made them a couple of times in the past 6 mos but I didn't sauce them at the end. Turns out that was the key! It was so good I had to make a second one before I shut down the egg. Going to have to get some exercise to offset today!
