Non Egg Ribs...

as I'm waiting on my Green Egg, I made some ribs this weekend on my old electric smoker using a rub and sauce from this site:

http://www.extraordinarybbq.com/

If you haven't tried it, his sauce, rub and baste are outstanding. I use his BBQ sauce recipe and tweak it a little more and I'm constantly told how good it is and I should sell it. I used the 3-2-1 method for my ribs (first time trying this) and during the foil process I used brown sugar, parkay margarine, tiger sauce and apple juice. I did one rack with his "rib baste" (first time for this) and his BBQ Sauce for the other. It's dam hard to decide what I like better. My smoker cooks at a temp of 250*. Here's a few pics and they were dam tasty!
