@HPHuskerFL Nope, completely different. You aren't supposed to show those in public. Public hairs are those that society considers OK to show.

Nawlins is pretty tolerant.  People wouldn't think your bacon-wear was that out of the ordinary here, but you better wear your running shoes if you encounter any dogs.
