First time doing beef ribs, am I on the right track?

Here is my pplan.  What do you think?  As the title suggest, ive never done beef ribs.  For the rub, I was going to use the same rub I used on my last brisket.  2 parts pepper, 1 part turbinado sugar, 1 part salt.

2 hours indirect at 250.

2 hours in foil

1 hour unwrapped again.

Seems like basically ill be using a similar method to baby backs which ive done probably 20 times now.  Am I on the right track?
