Sweet & Sour shrimp is easy to make.  Little pineapple/orange juice, ketchup, little bit soy, brown sugar some oyster sauce and some white pepper fine ground.  Maybe a little cornstarch and water to thicken.  I have a favorite rat hole beach bar that saves me the juice from the cherry jar and I use it along with the above, interesting flavor combination if you like cherry flavor.
