Eggsperimenting

So it's been suggested to me by more than one person now that I should try smoking/roasting nuts, so I figured what the heck! LET'S DO THIS!

First up:

Ranch mixed nuts.
2 1/2 C mixed nuts
3T melted butter
1T Dry Ranch Mix

2nd up:

Black Pepper & Garlic mixed nuts
2 1/2 C mixed nuts
3T melted butter
3/4T Garlic Salt
1/2T coarse ground black pepper.

It's all going in the egg on a make shift pan at 300(ish) indirect. So let's see how this turns out......

This has to turn out better than my 1st "Eggsperiment" which was to smoke vodka.....Yep, I did it without setting the neighborhood ablaze but I wouldn't recommend it.

No pictures please @henapple. Someone (I believe Nola) posted a picture of you (?) with packages of bacon hiding your privates. By the way, I have some relatives living in the 'Boro. Great little town.
