Don't make them to thick. They are great. I did a meat loaf that way with blue cheese and it was pretty good.

Doing a steak tonight, but I've been thinking of burgers all day for some reason. Enjoy!

Just got some ground beef out of the freezer. Burgers tonight it is. Steak will wait til tomorrow. Hmm, got the steak out of the freezer yesterday and waiting in the fridge, wonder if it will still be OK tomorrow? :))

The last time I made them I stuffed them with fresh blue cheese, topped them with Marie's blue cheese and poured some chicken wing sauce on top. They were excellent.

Burgers turned out great, JUICY. Sorry I was to excited to eat them and share them with the family, so I did not get pics. On another note, I believe my lid needs adjusting. There is a substantial gap from the back to about middle ways of the lid. When I shut the grill down I noticed a substantial amount if smoke coming from the gap for sometime. Any advice?
