Jerk Salmon from last night.

Grilled Caribbean Jerk Salmon last night in between T storms. Served it flaked over back beans and rice. Topped with Mango Salsa.

Dry rub, it was enough for four individual fillet's for four people. Grilled flesh side down until the proteins released from the grate. Finished skin side down.1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2tsp curry
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp all spice
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- kosher salt to taste.
- two mangoes, 1/4 red onion, handful of cilantro, and juice of half lime
- Rubbed and threw on the grill
