Botana

As I'm told this is unique to Southwest Detroit.  I tried it last Saturday.  It's similar to a Nacho, bed of Tortilla Chips, covered with a mix of Refried Beans and Chorizo, topped wih shredded Muenster cheese.  I couldn't find Muenster locally so I used shredded Mexican Blend and Pepper Jack.

Cooked raised/indirect at 350 dome for 10-15 minutes.  Add fresh toppings, onion, pepper, tomato and avocado.
