JOs is what 80 percent of restaurants use in Baltimore. Old Bay is famous for what it used to be but McCormick has neutered it. I have a bunch for Nola that I need to ship out since he couldn't find any down yonder. It's hard to get to the post office with work recently.

Nice work Tony!  Old Bay is, more often than not, what we use on chicken, too.  My family are spice wimps.
