Tuscan Grilled Vegetables...and Lobster

The veggies were super easy and came out great. Brushed with EVOO , salt and pepper, cooked raised direct , squeezed fresh lemon juice when finished.
For the lobster I used a new method. Cut lobster tails in half lengthwise and brushed with a mixture of unsalted butter, garlic, lime zest, lime zest, fresh lemon juice, fresh ginger and soy sauce that I cooked I over low heat for about five minutes.
