My First Brisket
I must say that my first Brisket was a complete success. I put this 12lb brisket on the BGE at 3:30am at 250 degrees and it cooked until 3:00pm at which time it reached 195 degrees. I sliced the end off and put it back on for Burnt Ends. I was really nervous about this after reading some post that didn't turn out well but thanks to Big Bob Gibson It turned out tender and juicy and you could it with a fork.

Looks fantastic! I feel like your title should be a BGE book for kids. Indoctrination early, I say!
