Getting the medium fired up for the pork butt. Its been a little while since I have done one. Tomorrow I have 4 slabs of ribs, 2 BB and 2 STL, that will be going on the large. Possibly 5 pounds of wings for appetizers.

    So, tomorrow doing country pork ribs - w/Jack Stack seasoning, Chicken legs with raspberry chipotle sauce, Honey Fried chicken and a bunch of sides.

    Did burgers today (simple salt and a pepper blend - black, white,green and pink). 

    Pizza last night. Cooked one partially and it in the freezer for later.
