Since it's a holiday weekend I splurged a little. Had the butcher cut me a 2' ribeye. I had no clue it was going to be almost 3lbs. It was Friday and I was happy so I bought it. Lol. I reversed seared with raising the steaks as rub. It was a hit. We all nibbled off the steak as a ln appetizer while to cooked the fish. It came out really good. I overshot temp just a little but still extremely juicy. imageimageimage
