First Egg Meatloaf

So tonite I made my first meatloaf on the egg. Overall 7 out of 10. We
tried going semi-healthy and used turkey bacon instead of real bacon,
this was the only thing IMO that brought it from a 10 to a 7.
Used 2lbs of lean 93/7 burger, chopped up some red and yellow bells, a little green onion, tossed in a packet of french onion soup mix, garlic salt, black pepper, and a dash of Montreal Steak, 1/3 cup Italian bread crumb seasoning,1/3 cup parmesan cheese, plus a little ketchup, shredded cheese and finally tossed in some full spears of asparagus!
After much reading on here and doing some comparisons, I went ahead and cooked raised direct at 350-375 and it was done in roughly 1.5hr. 165 deg in the center.
