Turbo St Louis Ribs, need your suggestions

So I'm trying turbo ribs tonite. My wife likes them falling off the bone. I know you die hards out there think this is overdone, but that's how likes them. I don't mind them that way either.

I want to foil, but I've read differing opinions. My plan was 350 for 90 min, foil for 60, sauce for 10-20 or until done.

I welcome any opinions/experience. Thanks!
