Best way to buy Bulk Charcoal.

I want to buy a pallet of charcoal. What's the most cost effective way of getting a large amount of good lump. I'm also open to suggestions of lump to buy. I've been using Wicked good because it's what I was able to get consistently and I loved it. Now I really don't have a good source of quality lump. My walmart quit carrying Royal oak...

    I am not sure if you can buy a pallet of Wicked Good or not easily. I know you can buy pallets of Rockwood direct. They will ship it to you, and the more you buy the more you save!

    I guess just contact the manufacturers and see about getting a pallet delivered.  I'd go with Ozark Oak or Rockwood, both great lumps.  The Rockwood owner posts here and will hopefully chime in.

    There have been several group buys of Rockwood on this board.  I've been in two of them where we've ordered multiple pallets.

    Talk to @henapple and @dlk7 as they have organized a Rockwood buy here in Nashville, or go straight to @stlcharcoal (the owner of Rockwood).  Great lump.  Cant wait for the next group buy.

    Unfortunately Ozark Oak isn't taking any new customer order's at this point of time. They have such a high demand that they are staying with past customers. I was told this a month or so ago from a friend who is a past customer.

    I didn't help organize the Nashville Rockwood buy...@dlk7 made me drive to St Louis to pick it up.

    There is a dumbass on here that delivers Ozark Oak. ..I heard he loses money on each bag...what a schmuck.

    I bought some from fire craft then bought a pallet... So I will soon have 45 bags of rock wood! Should be set for a while! Already got the fire craft order and used my first bag of rock wood. I love it so far!!
