Grill roasted thighs
Chicken thighs, liberally seasoned with a Louisiana run, wrapped in bacon. Cooked on an elevated grill at 400 degrees on a fire with mesquite chunks. 45 minutes. At that point bacon is fully cooked and thighs are at 180. Fantastic!
