Nella (North York) carries these commercial aluminum trays, come in four or five sizes, all at same price about $7.98 each, I picked up this largest one 26"x18", great for meat prep. Although these Ontario baby back racks are not Costco-sized, you get the idea.

That's a full sheet pan. I find the half sheet pan at 18" x 13" to be the most useful size for home cook. The half sheet pan makes a perfect drip pan for an XL large egg ... better than a round drip pan in my opinion. Briskets and 2x Pork Butt fit better on a rectangle than a circle.

@Cowdogs - thanks for the great suggestion! I already have a round drip pan that's almost the exact diameter as the round part of my XL platesetter. I can see situations where the half sheet will be better.... not just two pork shoulders or brisket, I can use it right now for the two BB racks!canuckland

@Cowdogs - see my comparison here:@pantsypants - hope it's not too late, IGLOO food equipments on Norfinch Drive, a very short drive just north of Nella, has better pricing ... full sheet, 3/4 sheet and 1/2 sheet pans are all $5.99 each. At Nella they are $7.98 each. 3/4 sheet 15x21 doesn't fit the XL.canuckland
