Was going to do some ribs today, but the SWMBO turned her lip up when I mentioned it this morning. So I grabbed a 2 2/3# CC pork roast. Simple salt, pepper and garlic salt (APL's goto seasoning). Grill settled in at just shy of 400. I kept tamping the vents down, but I think it was all the melted drippings from the last set of ribs I did that kept it running hotter than I wanted. None the less, put some raspberry chipotle sauce around 145 and let it go another 15 or so minutes. SWMBO couldn't get over how "moist" it was.
