Chickens & Ribs & Sasuage oh my...

I have a family member in town and we decided to get the egg going for the Derby. Both want ribs, but can't agree on the style. Two chickens and 3 racks of ribs later we were on our way home from the butcher. One set of Sticky Baby Back Ribs, oven, 400 for 90 min, finished on indirect with basting. Chickens, set up on the extender for 5 hrs at 250. 3-1-1 on the ribs you can see below the chickens. Had beans in the BGE as well, a hit as always. Great little Saturday.
