Thank you Mario Batali; this was all awesome! Three courses: monk fish wrapped in prosciutto and grilled on CI skillet; shaved zucchini and squash dipped in vinaigrette and grilled, served with fresh ricotta, mint, and shaved Serrano peppers; acini di pepe with homemade pesto fregola, toasted pine nuts and fresh red peppers. The pictures, while not award winning, tell the rest.
